Pregnancy coming to a close

I just wanted to do a little update on the pregnancy! I had an appointment on Thursday with my midwife. So when she checked me I was at 1 1/2 centimeters dilated, 50% effaced, and the baby's head is down really really low -1. I've been having lots more contractions since that appointment and I wonder every day if this is the day I'll give birth!!!!

Annual Sunrise Breakfast

We went on our annual "Sunrise Breakfast" this week! We actually made it out there early enough to see the sun rise, so the kids were really excited. We ate muffins and just enjoyed the chilly weather and calming sounds of nature and did a little exploring for a few hours before heading home. Happy 7th Birthday Samuel!

Sam celebrated his 7th birthday on the 13th! We had such a fun day with him and his Sponge Bob under the sea party! Don't you just love the cake that Stacey created? She, with the help of the kids and Kristy made all the little sea creatures! We are so happy to have Sam in our family!

Happy 4th of July

Hope you all had a great 4th of July! We enjoyed the day at my in-laws house eating and playing baseball (not the vampire kind) and setting off tons of fireworks! Hard to believe that next year on the 4th, we'll have a baby almost ready to turn 1 years old! I have 3 1/2 weeks left until the baby is due and I am so excited!
