Happy 90th Birthday Oma!

I am so grateful that I was able to go and take the kids with me to Oma's 90th birthday party! John was sorry he couldn't make it and wished he could come with us! We had so much fun with everyone and love the life story book that Oma gave us! Oma We Love You!!!!!

Happy 12th Anniversary!

John and I just celebrated our 12th Wedding Anniversary! Sorry ladies, But I did marry the best guy in the whole wide world!!!!!!!

Two Little Cousins

We had so much fun when my niece, Haley came over this afternoon! Haley and Sam watched "Beauty and the Beast" on the portable DVD player and then after that, all the kids got the watercolors out and painted together with Auntie Stacey for what seemed like hours! What a great afternoon!

Basketball Season comes to an End

Parker and Jeff both had their last basketball games this weekend! We really loved the league and loved watching the boys play! So now that the season is over, and our time is a little more free, I think we'll do some traveling and also ride dirtbikes more for fun and to get ready for the boys summer races!!

We woke up to a most Blustery, Cloudy, Sprinkling, Dark morning. Isn't it so fun! I just want to curl up with my new HP Mini (laptop) and look at Blogs all day!!!!HaHa! Actually I think I would rather read with the kids all day,since we just went to the Children's Library yesterday and checked out lots of FUN Books!!!!

What I love about living in New Mexico!

I figured I should write some things I love about New Mexico to counter balance what I said last week about Arizona! I know I sometimes complain about where we live, but I actually love it here and I think "If we were to move I would really miss it here!!!" It's a shock, I know!!!

So here are the top reasons I love living here:

3. My Ward (Church)
4. The Beauty that surrounds me everyday (it's called the Land of Enchantment for a reason you know!) I love the view from my Big kitchen window!
5. The Snow in the winter And The Mild Summer weather!
6. Dirt bike riding in our backyard
7. Local restaurants owned by small town people
8. Green Chili
9. The Many Wonderful Cultures and Diverse People
10. Wild Sunflowers

Vaughn loves oranges! Maybe we should move to Florida or California or back to Arizona!!!! No thanks! But we really do LOVE visiting!!!

Top 5 things I miss about Arizona:

1. My Family!
2. Christmas Lights at the Mesa Temple
3. Awesome weather in the winter months
( I finally understand Snow Birds appeal!)
4. Oranges, Grapefruits and Lemons & The smell of orange blossoms in March
5. And I just have to let my feminine side out and say Malls, Malls, Malls!

Phoenix Supercross!!!!

John and Parker had the most amazing opportunity to hang out all day last Saturday at the Phoenix Supercross races with the Pro racers and big industry guys in the pit, on the track and in box seats! They had so much fun!!!!!!!!

Trip to AZ

We had so much fun this past weekend with all my family!!!! I didn't take very many photos but luckily Mom did on her Blog!!! John and Parker went to a big Supercross race that was an adventure in and of itself -I'll Blog about that later!!!

News!

I'm pregnant!!!!!! A lot of you knew at Christmas, but for those of you that didn't hear, I'm due July 30th! We are so excited to have another sweet spirit come into our home ! And for those of you wondering- yes we did plan on having 6 kids! We'll find out if we're having a boy or girl in March. Allie says it IS her baby sister named Kathy! so we'll see!!!!

Vaughn's 2nd Birthday!

In the afternoon, a couple of weeks ago, it started snowing about the same time, Vaughn was eating fry bread with honey on it and dripping gooey honey on his hands. I looked out the window to see how the snow was coming along and I said "It's sticking!!!" Then Vaughn looked down at his hands and said "I'm sticky too!"
